Bulk convert UTM to DD

Can anyone suggest the easiest approach to convert UTM zone 52/53 eastings and northings into Lats and Longs in Decimal Degrees?  There is a lot of data in X,Y, Zone format  needing conversion from a variety of source formats including Excel,  Access and shapefiles.  Whilst the results need to be reliable and moderately spatially accurate the main criteria is to be able to easily copy and paste in big blocks of XY data.


Ideas, suggestions?

Have you tried FME (http://www.safe.com/)??
