Google Earth Cadastre WMS Layer

Allows public users of Google Earth Pro or Free versions to see current NT cadastre as a layer. NOTE - This WMS Layer will only work for Google Earth 4.2 or earlier versions.

Has the google_wms.kml file (supplied by NTLIS) been updated so that it can be displayed in current versions of Google Earth?
The file available will only work in GE v4.2 or earlier.
This would be really useful.
