Old Hamilton Downs Station
Declared
Place
The group of buildings comprising the old stable, the meat house, the tool shed and homesteads 1 and 2 at Old Hamilton Downs Station provides evidence for the study of the development of the pastoral industry in the Territory and the way of life and ingenuity in the use of available resources for construction. Especially valuable is the physcial evidence of the pastoral industry which is used for the education of youth groups in the understanding of Territory history.
