Mapped information was compiled using Landsat Imagery and extensive ground truthing. Resultant community descriptions are contained in the report. The digital cover is whole, while printed hardcopy editions of the mapping are in Northern and Southern sections. The line-work (circa 2000) from this vegetation survey and the attributes from the relevant publications have been translated into the NVIS vegetation attribute framework Version 5.0 (NLWRA 2000). A copy of these data is maintained in Canberra by the Bureau of Rural Sciences on behalf of the National Land and Water Resources Audit.'Both 'PRE 1750' and 'EXTANT' coverages exist. Polygon boundaries for 'PRE 1750' coverage have been altered from original coverage line-work. Polygon boundaries for 'EXTANT' coverage have been altered from the original cover by means of updating with a 'clearing' coverage. Areas within the 'cleared' region are labelled as 'cleared'.
