This summary index contains a single polygon for each survey. The survey extents (also referred to as boundaries) have been grouped together into a compilation spatial dataset that covers the Northern Territory. This compilation dataset is regularly updated when land resource surveys are completed. Each record contains descriptive details about the survey including; name, scale, date, weblinks to metadata and report (if available). Refer to the Data Dictionary for further descriptions. DOWNLOAD SPATIAL DATA PACKAGE VIA NRMAPS. (enter nrmaps.nt.gov.au in a browser) A web-link under the heading DOWNLOAD provides users with a package of information about the survey. This includes spatial data in an ESRI format (GDB and also shapefile), reports, maps and other related information. CAUTION: The spatial data package may be very large. The data records are stored in alphabetic order using the field CODE regardless of survey type or scale.
