Abstract:

This dataset contains the interpreted extent of Cretaceous clay and sand, based on existing geological maps and interpreted bore data. This information was used to delineate a key confining layer over the CLA.

Lineage:The dataset was interpreted Water Resources Division (DEPWS NTG) bore database and from 1:250,000 scale geological mapping.

Positional Accuracy:Accuracy is dependant on variable spacing of bores across the area.

Attribute Accuracy:Not applicable

Logical Consistency:GIS editing tools were used to check for topology rules. Known topology issues have been identified and will be address in future updates.
