Description
The Council's Regions map was produced for Dr John Avery, Aboriginal Area
Protection Authority (AAPA), for the Aboriginal Land Rights Act review in the
Northern Territory. The data utilised to produce the map was provided by EKOS
Research NT, AAPA, ATSIC, CLC and NLC. The information encompasses
detailed data relating to types of land tenure and ownership within the Northern
Land Council (NLC); the Central Land Council (CLC); the Aboriginal and Torres
Strait Islander Commission (ATSIC) region.
