Albizia canescens, also known as Belmont siris, is a medium sized tree with corky fire-resistant bark, small and inconspicuous flowers and found scattered through eucalypt savannas. Reported to produce high quality, though seldom used, cabinet timber as well as gum that was a traditional food source. |
