History/Origin	Named after Lionel Mighall who was born in 1914 and had a career as an engineer. Mr Mighall came to Darwin after Cyclone Tracy, to help rebuild his son and in-laws homes. Whilst in Darwin, Mr Mighall lived in Ludmilla and was a social member of Darwin Golf Club. He passed away in 1987, shortly after relocating to Melbourne for cancer treatment. His son and grandsons still live in Darwin.
