| History/Origin |
Named after Albert Stanley Secrett who arrived in Darwin in 1939 and worked as a supervisor in the area for the Department of Works until he resigned in 1953. He had his own contracting business in Katherine until his accidental death in 1955 leaving a widow and 6 children. |
