NT Road Conditions

The Road Report Website is an essential service for all road users within the Northern Territory of Australia. This website provides up to date road condition information on all Government controlled roads including graphical representations of restrictions on regional maps.

The Department of Infrastructure maintains this website as a total road reporting service with current road condition information which is automatically and simultaneously updated with a freecall phone service.

Whilst roads are maintained by Department of Infrastructure, permits may be required when travelling on roads though Aboriginal Land. Please contact the relevant land council for further information.

Future versions of this website will include tourism drives and national park roads.

Due to system incompatibility some roads can not be graphically represented in the website. To view these roads select the "Restrictions that exist that are not shown on map" link.



The Department of Infrastructure now manages the Road Report NT Facebook site, which provides current information on upcoming Territory Government road projects with a public impact and weather-related events such as localised flooding impacting on our roads.
