History/Origin	In 1964, Reserve 1133 was gazetted as Henbury Meteorites National Park. (CG 64 of 23 July 1964) In 1978, the craters and surrounding area was declared a Conservation Reserve and the reserve was renamed from Henbury Meteorites National Park to Henbury Meteorite Conservation Park (NTG 38 of 21 Sept. 1979).
