History/Origin |
Named after the road which gives access to the lots within the area which in turn was named after Mr Lyle Mason Tivendale, (b.25/09/1894) who in 1925 was a Stock & Meat Inspector; he later became a Commonwealth Health Inspector and in the 1950s was instrumental in devising successful training courses for Hygiene Workers.
