Named after the Italian Club, the Dante Alighieri Society which poromotes Italian culture in Darwin.
The road name (Dante Street) was approved by Minister Dondas in 1986, but due to the road not being constructed it was not gazetted until 2006 and then sign posted Dante Road, which name it has been registered. |
