| History/Origin |
Named after the creek feature and subdivision to which it leads. The creek is named after cadet surveyor Tom Bee who was with Goyders survey parties in 1869. The road was known locally with this name prior to the road name being made official in 1979 when the northern end was reconstructed and diverted around Sattler Airstrip. |
