| History/Origin |
Nutwood is the common name for Terminalia grandiflora. Native to northern Australia, it is found in creek beds, floodplains and in alluvium and sandy soils. The weeping tree typically grows to a height of 2 to 15 metres and is deciduous. It blooms between March and November producing white-cream-yellow flowers. |
