NEW Landowners Authorisation Form
An updated Landowners Authorisation form is now available on the website and is to be used when submitting applications:

The form has been updated to assist in clearly identifying all parties in relation to a planning application, namely:
- the applicant AND any person/s on whose behalf the application is made ( i.e. the planning consultant and the client both added as applicants)
- the landowner/s
- any person/s who have an agreement or interest in the land (i.e.beneficiary)
